Bylaws
The NWCB Bylaws serve as the association's constitution. The bylaws establish the composition of the Board of Directors, the officers, the standing committees, and the central office with an executive director. The bylaws can only be amended by vote of the membership. The latest amendments to the NWCB bylaws were ratified in a special meeting of the membership at the association headquarters in Seattle on December 2, 2016.
