AIA Continuing Education

The NWCB is part of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Provider network, and AIA members can get AIA continuing education learning units by attending designated education programs.
Architects need continuing education to maintain competency, to prepare for the future, to fulfill the continuing education requirements for AIA membership, and frequently to renew a state licensure. The education programs offered by the NWCB can help meet these needs. Architects may attend any technical seminars the NWCB offers or request special programs to be provided at architect firm locations in Washington and Oregon.
In addition to educational programs, design professionals may also take advantage of the NWCB technical library and advisories online. To request credentials, please fill out a registration form. Once your request has been approved by the NWCB, you will be able access the technical library.
