The keynote speaker speaker is Karim Allana, P.E., CEO and pricipal consultant with Allana+Buick+Bers, an architerural and engineering firm specializing in design of the building envelope, roofing, water proofing, forensic investigation of building assemblies and failure Analysis. in Palo Alto, California. The firm is located in Palo Alto, California.

Other seminar speakers are Brent Fisher, architectural and marketing manager for Dryvit Systems, Inc., and Bryan Dunn, national insurance broker with Brown & Brown Insurance.
